Course Transfer (Aquatic/Water Based Course)

Refund Policy/Transfer Policy (Aquatic/Water Based Course):

Aquatic/Water based course include the following in the title- Lifeguarding, Lifeguarding Recertification, Waterfront

There is no refund for any student who is marked as unsuccessful in a course for any reason.  There is no refund given for any students who do not attend their scheduled course as per their enrollment notification. If a student receives an unsuccessful mark, misses their scheduled course, or does not complete pre-course work, they will not be granted any form of refund, and would need to re-enroll for a course.

Refund request after 72 hours of registering is not permitted and the customer will not receive a refund, however the purchaser is allowed to transfer the credit paid for the next available class for a transfer fee of $100.00 per person transferred.  This credit is valid for up to one (1) year from the original registration date.  No cancellations can be made within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the course, and no refunds will be granted to anyone who attempts to cancel their course within 24 hours prior to class start date, regardless of when the course was paid for.  This policy excludes online only classes. This policy excludes and restrictions apply to online only classes, pop up locations, aquatic based courses, and platform fees as stated below.
