Lifeguard Training

Our lifeguard training courses provide students with the knowledge and skills to quickly act in an emergency situation, as well as prevent a potential problem. The participants are taught to care for injuries, breathing, and cardiac emergencies.

Lifeguard Training Review

This course allows students to get recertified in lifeguard training. The course includes First Aid and CPR/AED, and is a good fit for students who are currently certified lifeguards and want to extend their certification, or whose certification expired less than 30 days prior to starting the course.

Lifeguard Prep Course

This course allows students to prepare for future lifeguarding classes and helps them meet the minimum proficiency level in order to pass the skills assessment required by the American Red Cross.

Safety Training for Swimming Coaches

The Safety Training course for Swim Coaches teaches participants who are involved with competitive swimming. This includes coaches, officials, athletic trainers, and aquatic exercise trainers. The course provides a safe and comfortable environment for swimmers to learn accident prevention and handling emergencies.

Junior Lifeguard Training

This course teaches water safety and introduces participants to the duties and responsibilities of lifeguarding. It builds a foundation of knowledge, attitudes, and skills in preparation for the American Red Cross Lifeguarding course.

Nassau County Preparedness

In this course, participants will be able to move from the American Red Cross program  needed for certification to work in Nassau County.

Safety is Our Priority

We train with equipment that is properly sanitized. At Aquatic Solutions, it is vitally important to prevent the spread of infectious disease through manikin use. Manikins are cleaned and disinfected carefully and consistently.  We constantly support using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during each lifeguard training class.  This both helps you protect yourself in class and reinforces your training for an actual emergency.
